Crockpot Salsa Chicken

This is one of our favorite recipes. It’s healthy, easy and delicious. You simply put everything in your crockpot and forget about it. Ingredients 2 pounds of raw chicken breast or tenderloins (I use frozen chicken tenderloin from Costco) 1/2 cup salsa 1 packet taco seasoning Directions Place all ingredients in your crockpot Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours Once chicken is cooked, shred with a fork, cook on low for 10-15 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Ingredients: Zucchini Salt and seasoning of choice cooking oil spray (I love the avocado oil spray from Costco or the olive oil spray from Trader Joe’s) Directions: Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees Slice the zucchini. Spray with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning. Place zucchini into the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness of slices and how crispy you prefer your zucchini That’s it!
