Crockpot Salsa Chicken

This is one of our favorite recipes. It’s healthy, easy and delicious. You simply put everything in your crockpot and forget about it.


  • 2 pounds of raw chicken breast or tenderloins (I use frozen chicken tenderloin from Costco)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning


  1. Place all ingredients in your crockpot
  2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours
  3. Once chicken is cooked, shred with a fork, cook on low for 10-15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Enjoy!
