This recipe is one of our favorites. I love that it is naturally divided into equal servings, which makes for easy portion control. This recipe is quick, easy and delicious. I can’t wait for you to try it. Approximately 5-7 servings Ingredients: 1/2 package jumbo shells 1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese (I use part-skim, but any type will work) 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 jar pasta sauce or homemade (we use homemade meat sauce) sprinkle on mozzarella and Parmesan cheese Directions: 1.
