Welcome to Fit for Motherhood. I am Renee and I am a wife and mom. I married Stephen, in April of 2007 and we have four daughters; Sophia, Isabella, McKayla and McKenzie. I became a Pure Barre instructor in March of 2019 and fell in love with teaching fitness classes.
I truly love all things health and fitness. I try to workout at least five days a week, simply because I love it. I have also learned how to eat my favorite foods and still look and feel my best.
On Fit For Motherhood, I share my favorite fitness routines, mom moments, and of course plenty of yummy recipes. I am by no means a fitness expert, chef, or the perfect mom. But, I love sharing my journey through health, fitness, and motherhood. Hopefully, you will share yours with me, as well. We can all help each other along the way.
As we continue on our journey together I will share things about my life that have shaped me into who I am today.
