The Master’s Hammer and Chisel – Week 1
I first have to tell you I am in love with these workouts. I love that they keep moving and are never boring. I love that they are all less then 40 minutes with most of the workouts averaging around 30 minutes and some as little as 20 minutes. These workouts make me push myself to new levels, they make me pick up the higher weights and I love that. Easy Healthy Mini Apple Crisps
This recipe makes approximately 6 mini pies (depending on the size of your apple). Ingredients: 1 apple, cut into small pieces (I used a granny smith and I like to keep the skin on, but that is up to you.) 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon water 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 refrigerated pie crust (1 crust makes about 10 mini pies) Topping: 6 tablespoons of paleo granola crunch (uncooked) or any store bought granola Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
