Breakfast -7:30I am still not feeling 100% so I decided sleep was more important than waking up early to workout. Sophia woke me up at 7am and wanted yogurt waffles. Monday and Yoga
Good morning everyone. Sorry I didn’t post yesterday. On top of being so busy I felt terrible. I woke up with this awful cold.
