WIAW # 81 – Favorites

We are halfway through the week, I hope your week is going well. We had a wonderful day today. McKenzie and McKayla seem to be feeling better and I am loving it. My brother and his girlfriend are in town so we had a wonderful afternoon at the pool. Sophia and Isabella are becoming quite the little swimmers. They make going to the pool so enjoyable.

Since, it’s Wednesday it is time to talk about food. There have been a lot of new readers lately so I thought I would highlight some of my favorite recipes.

As you know my two absolute favorite breakfasts lately are pumpkin protein pancakes and greek yogurt waffles. If you haven’t tried them yet you must do so ASAP.

Of course, I love my peanut butter protein shake. It is addicting and so refreshing right after a tough workout. I seriously look forward to it.

One of my go to snacks is the paleo protein bars. I could eat the entire batch if I am not careful.

Lunches/Dinners: crockpot salsa chicken, crockpot Caesar chicken, healthier chicken parmesan, baked chicken and veggies, easy stove top breaded chicken, and quick and easy individual pizzas (These pizzas are great for kids, my girls love to make their own.)

Two of my favorite sweet treats are single-serve microwave chocolate cake and easy pumpkin cupcakes. I have many more favorite sweets since I do love them, but these are delicious and healthier. When I need something sweet these are my go to. I haven’t made the pumpkin cupcakes in awhile, but I do make the cake at least 5 days a week. It is that tasty. I have also come up with a way to make the chocolate cake gluten free and paleo friendly and it is just as delicious. I will share it with you ASAP.

As always, thank you Jenn for hosting.
