Our Poor Children

My husband and I are truly saddened by the horrific tragedy that took place yesterday. We continue to feel for the families of the children and adults whose lives were taken. We can not imagine what they must be going through. We are definitely holding our children tighter today. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected. We will also be praying for the state of the world, in hopes that somehow people will find away to change this horrific path of destruction we are on. Bootcamp: Strength+Cardio #4

Happy Friday everyone. It’s bootcamp day! This is one of my most difficult workout days. I try to plan my workouts with the most difficult being on a day where the next day is either a rest or yoga/pilates. Typically, that is Friday.
