Hi everyone. I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend. Our weekend was rather interesting, but wonderful in it’s own way. I actually woke up Saturday morning with the stomach bug. Yes, it was not fun, but it made me realize how much my body really needed a break from working out to the everyday tasks. Saturday, I really didn’t do much; I was down for the count.
