Fun, Family Breakfast I’ll let you in on a little secret. During the week the girls and I usually make “healthier” ingredient breakfasts, such as greek yogurt waffles, oatmeal protein pancakes (recipe to come), etc. When the weekend comes we make some “regular” recipes, that is what Steve calls them. Bootcamp – Love or Hate it?
So every Friday, there is this awesome class at the gym. It is a bootcamp style class. At my gym they call it Fitness Mania. The teacher who teaches it is tough and takes us through various free weight exercises mixed in with intense cardio. I love the fact that I can get my strength training and cardio all at once.
