Good evening everyone. I wasn’t sure this post was going to get out today, but I was really in the mood to share some of my latest meals with you.
Breakfast
This has been my new favorite. A few weeks ago I shared a Protein Crepes recipe with you. I still love that recipe, but I decided I want to come up with a crepe recipe that didn’t have any gluten. Protein Crepes – Gluten Free. (I will share the recipe on Friday)
Snack
A bowl of strawberries and grapes.
Lunch
Since, yesterday was our anniversary we thought it was only fitting that we had a great home cooked meal. Steve grilled us the most amazing steaks and I made some parmesan crusted potatoes (Recipe is coming ASAP). We decided to order a carry-out salad and bread from one of our favorite restaurants across the street from our house. Seriously, this may have become one of my favorite meals. For lunch today I simply reheated some of the steak from last night and it sure didn’t disappoint. My favorite way to reheat steak is in the oven with some zip sauce poured over it (this helps it not get dried out).
This was a picture from dinner last night. For lunch today I only had steak, no sides.
Snack
After lunch I had to run out of the house for a dentist appointment and once I arrived home I was starving so I made a salad with turkey, almonds, and walnuts.
Snack
An apple with half a Paleo Protein Bar.
I used my frozen Herb Crusted Tilapia Chicken (we are not fish people) from my Wildtree party. I took the chicken out of the freezer early today and then simply dipped it in a combination of breadcrumbs, panko, and parmesan. Best part is all 6 of us ate this meal and love it. I paired the chicken with green beans and some of our leftover parmesan potatoes.
