This recipe is a favorite in our house and it’s so simple. Seriously, every time I make this I always think why don’t I make it more often. I love that you do just about everything the day before. I am sorry I have been so absent over the past week, my mother-in-law past away suddenly last Monday. I have not been able to even think about writing, I have been living in a fog. I feel as though we are living a nightmare, that I am going to see her soon. I still cannot wrap my head around all that has taken place.
