Happy Monday everyone. I am so excited for a normal week. No traveling, no plans, just a boring week.

Today, is my first day back to working out since last Monday. I am ready for a tough workout. I am going to go take a Body Step class at my gym. I am really in the mood to get my heart rate pumping.

If you aren’t able to get to the gym or simply feel like working out at home, here is a great cardio workout.

Mix It Up Cardio with Abs

5 Minute Holiday Fat Meltdown Cardio Workout – 5 minutes

Pop Pilates: Bodypop! HIIT Bodyweight Workout – 12 minutes

10 Minute Fat Burn Core Workout – 10 minutes

Pop Cardio: Fat Melting Routine – 6 minutes

Food Baby HIIT Workout – 10 minutes

Crazy HIIT Cardio Workout – 8 minutes

Abtacular Pilates Workout – 8 minutes

59 Minutes
