My Daily Secrets to Looking (and Feeling) My Best

One of the questions I get asked most often is:
“What do you do to look so young?”

The truth is, I don’t do what I do to look younger—I do it to look and feel my best. And honestly? I feel better today than I ever have. Stronger. More confident. More energized. And yes, I even think I look better than I did in my twenties.

So today, I’m sharing what’s helped me get to this point—from supplements to skincare to a few regular treatments that I swear by.

Let’s start with a big one: supplements.

As we age, our bodies naturally begin to lose some of the essential nutrients that once came easily. Supplements have become a non-negotiable part of my daily routine to help fill in those gaps. They support my energy, hormone balance, skin health, and overall well-being.

Quick reminder:
I’m not a doctor. This is just what has worked for me based on my personal experience. Be sure to check with your own healthcare provider before starting anything new. Blood tests are always encouraged to see what your body may be lacking.


AM Supplements

  • NAD+
    This one right here has made the biggest difference in my aging process. I truly feel like my skin is smoother, my fine lines are softer, my hair is healthier, and my energy levels have increased dramatically.

    This supports immunity, bone health, and overall vitality.

    Amazing for inflammation support and overall wellness.

    I take 1-2 capsule(s) 15–30 minutes before my first meal to help with blood sugar regulation and metabolism.

    Great for relaxation, muscle recovery, and quality sleep.

Procedures I Get Regularly

  • Laser Skin Tightening – every 4–6 weeks
    This keeps my skin firm and promotes collagen production.
  • IPL/Frax Laser – I just started this one. I have only had one treatment. I am going to alternate this in with the skin tightening. Basically, between this one and the skin tightening, I will get one of the laser treatments every 4-6 weeks.
  • Botox (forehead) – every 5–6 months
    Just a little goes a long way in softening expression lines without losing movement.
