Ever since I started writing What I Ate Wednesday posts I have realized I am such a
boring simple eater. I just feel comfortable eating this way and It works for me.
So lunch #1 was peanut butter and jelly with a few crackers. 🙂
Last night, I started to make a baked chicken and veggies meal, then Steve called and said he was coming home for dinner and felt like pasta (it’s so difficult to plan dinner when Steve never knows what he wants). So, I just put all the ingredients in a tupperware and baked it for lunch. It is so easy and delicious!
Special Afternoon Treat
While Isabella was napping Sophia and I decided to make some cupcakes, with pink frosting, of course.
Monday night I pulled out some of my frozen meat sauce and we still had some leftover, so we paired that some pasta.
We started our meal with a salad.
Then had spaghetti with garlic bread.
After the girls went to bed I had one more cupcake. So delicious!
