Good morning everyone. I got up nice and early to get my workout in before the day began. We have just been so busy lately this is the best time to exercise. It’s also a great way to start the day!
In honor of the Victoria’s Secret fashion show last night I decided to do a Victoria’s Secret workout this morning. It is a great strength training workout and let me tell you I am going to be sore tomorrow.

Victoria’s Secret Workout – Courtesy of Blogilates
The 1000 Workout – 18 minutes (this is the only one that is not a VS workout)
Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Butt Workout – 12 minutes (instead of book I used weights)
Victoria’s Secret Angel Arm – 15 minutes (I used 10 lb weights until I couldn’t any more, then went to 6 lbs)
Victoria’s Secret Stiletto Legs – 15 minutes (I held one 10 lb weight)
Victoria’s Secret Abs – 10 minutes
70 Minutes
Remember you don’t have to do it all at once. Pick and choose what fits into your schedule. All that matters is that you get moving.
