Today’s Workout Happy Monday everyone. Today I woke up extra early to do P90X yoga DVD, which I am loving right now. I also made it a goal to do yoga at least once a week this month. Every time I get back into yoga I never know why I stopped doing it in the first place. Quick Check-In – Day #2
Hey everyone, it is the second day of our 2012 Closeout Workout Challenge (you can read the details here). I just did 30 jumping jacks, 20 push-ups, 20 squats, and 20 narrow squats, 90 total reps today. A total of 160 reps so far. We are off to a great start. December 2012 – Goals
I love to make lists so I thought I would make a list at the beginning of each month of goals I would like to achieve.
