I have gotten lots of questions about my baked chicken and veggies meal from the other day. This is seriously the easiest recipe and it is so good. Ingredients: 1-2 lbs. chicken breasts (cut into desired size) vegetables (carrots, zucchini, etc.) potatoes (optional) 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth 1-2 tbsp olive oil (depends on the amount of chicken used) 2 tsp of each – oregano, onion powder, black pepper, salt, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, corn starch 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning 4 garlic cloves (minced) – we love garlic, use lead is desired 1. Today’s workout was a class at the gym. it is a tough bootcamp style class that I try to take weekly. I haven’t been in two weeks, I can’t wait to get back to class. December Workout Challenge – 2012
Good morning everyone. I wanted to fill you in on a new adventure I am going to be embarking on in December. Courtney over at Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life set up a challenge with ChallengeLoop and I have decided to take part in it. Basically, the challenge is to do 2012 reps of pretty much any exercise move you choose. I have chosen to do push-ups, jumping jacks, and squats.
