Good morning everyone. I am so sorry I have been off with my workout posts this week, but my workouts have been kinds crazy. Isabella had to get 18 month shots on Monday and hasn’t slept well ever since, so I have been exhausted to say the least.
Monday – I didn’t workout, Steve was home, we were busy getting a lot things done and Isabella had a doctors appointment.
Tuesday – I got up early and did one of my yoga workouts from my blog. I couldn’t wake up early enough to do P90X so I settled for a different one.
Wednesday – I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.
Today – I haven’t decided yet. Since, Bella hasn’t slept well for the past few nights I am not sure I have the energy to go take my usual kickboxing class.
