Happy Wednesday everyone. I haven’t done a What I Ate Wednesday in a few weeks so I thought it was time. Today, I give you a sneak peek at my new recipe and I am already obsessed. (I will post the recipe ASAP).

Breakfast 6:30am
I have been craving crepes like crazy these past few weeks, so I decided to come up with a low calorie, high protein option and they didn’t disappoint. These protein crepes are quick and easy. (223 calories, 21 grams of protein and 13.1 grams of carbs)
Snack 8:15am
I grabbed a banana before taking Sophia to school.
Snack 10am
I was starving, but didn’t have a lot of time so I made a quick Peanut Butter Protein shake before going to gymnastics with Isabella.
Lunch 11:45pm
After getting home from gymnastics I didn’t have much time before my doctors appointments, so I had half and peanut butter and jelly sandwich with the girls.
Snack 1:30pm
I enjoyed a bowl of strawberries and grapes. So delicious!
Snack 3pm
Before taking the girls outside to play and get Sophia off the bus I ate a HUGE salad with turkey, almonds, walnuts, and a sprinkle of cheese. I love how this salad fills me up for hours. Such a great afternoon snack. It really holds me over until dinner.
Dinner 6pm
Homemade pizza using the Flatout Artisan Pizza Flatbread. It was only okay. I am not sure I cooked it long enough; it could have been crunchier. But, it worked.
After Dinner Treat
An apple with almond butter.
So, far this plan of 5 days more focused, clean eating diet and 2 days more relaxed has really been working out well for me. By Monday, I am ready to get back to my clean eating and it is an amazing feeling. I will share more about it tomorrow. Have a great night. Talk to you tomorrow.
