Ultrasound Update

Yesterday, we had our weekly ultrasound. The twins looked great. They are both growing on their own curve which is perfectly fine as long as they are growing. Baby A, the little one, doubled her weight and is now 10.5 ounces and Baby B almost doubled her weight and is now 16 ounces. There is still a size discrepancy, but as long as they both continue to grow on their own growth curve they will do perfectly fine. Their fluid levels are staying steading at 3.4 and 8.4. The smaller babies fluid is in the normal range. The bigger baby’s fluid is on the high side and we will be watching that very closely, since that could cause preterm labor.

Okay, now that we know the babies are doing well, I will tell you a little more about me. 🙂

My cervix has shortened quite a bit since 10 days ago. Yesterday, it was a 3.2 and 10 days ago it was a 3.7, so that is a little concerning. The doctor said we don’t do any intervention unless it is at a 2.8, we are going to hope and pray we don’t get there. After everything we have been through the last thing we want is to go into preterm labor and have these girls too early.

Today’s Workout – It’s a tough one!

As, most of you know I can’t workout at this time in my pregnancy, but I thought I would give you a workout that I would love to be doing. I know it is a long one, so do as many or few videos as you would like, but I promise if you do them all you will be dying. 🙂

Total Body Toning with Cardio

Spring Fling 2: Fat Loss Cardio – 10 minutes

Spring Fling 1: Toning Workout – 15 minutes

Heartbeat Heaven HIIT Workout – 12 minutes

Tracy Anderson Slimming Arms – 8 minutes

HIITilates My Thighs are Dying – 12 minutes

Tough Love Handles Workout – 12 minutes

Total Time: 69 Minutes

Ok, I got a little carried away with the workout today, but I would love to be able to complete this entire workout. Give it a try and work extra hard for me. 🙂

She was talking to Daddy before she went to sleep and she said, “The ultrasound was confusing, the babies heads were so round”. 🙂

      Sophia will be four in June. I love her age. We are truly having so much fun. Is that how old Ryman is?
