Our First Week of School
My heart is slightly broken today, both my big girls are at school ALL.DAY.LONG and I am one sad mommy. The only thing that is keeping me from losing it is the fact that I still have two little ones with me ALL.THE.TIME
1. Sophia started school on Tuesday and yes that was a little easier then sending Isabella off this morning, but not much (it really never gets easier in my book). I am one sensitive little Mama. Sophia is a strong little girl, but she can be shy at times and boy is she sensitive (in a good way). I pray and hope that her teachers see the intelligent, happy, sweet, sensitive little girl that we see everyday. She loves school and loves to learn. Last night she told me she was “SO excited to go to school tomorrow”. Awe, I love hearing how happy my little girl is at school.
2. Today was Isabella’s first day at all day preschool (She will be going two days a week from 9-4). I have been beyond worried about how she was going to do when I left, but she handled it like a pro; Mama on the other hand not so much. Isabella is just such a special girl. She is a mommy’s girl. Isabella is quiet and shy, she is just the sweetest little thing. I pray and hope that her teachers take the time to get to know the amazing little girl that lies behind that bashful little smile and I hope it happens SOON.

4. After we walked out of Isabella’s school McKenzie and McKayla couldn’t stop asking and looking for “Bellba”.
5. Now what are we to do? Of course, go to Target.
6. I am so excited, tomorrow I get to go help in Sophia’s classroom. I love being with my girls in school. I love being able to spend time with them.
