As most of you know I started the Hammer and Chisel program a few weeks ago. I started on a Monday even though I knew I wasn’t going to follow the meal plan (I continued with my workouts) over that following weekend (with it being the baby shower and all). I could have killed myself trying to be strict, but I decided I just don’t want to live that way. I don’t want to live stressed out over every little morsel I am putting into my mouth. I realized I could have waited to begin the program at a better time, but then I remembered there is never going to be the perfect time to start, so just do it.
Stop thinking about it and invest in yourself today. Everything will work out. If you have an off day or two simply get back on track the next day. The worst thing you can do is get off track and never go back.
