I feel like I have been saying this a lot lately, but we had such a wonderful family weekend and I am going to be sad when school starts up and life gets crazy again. It was busy, but so much fun. I must tell you I had a few moments where I just didn’t think I would be able to get everything done, but it all worked out and to tell you the truth it usually does.
It all began Friday morning, at Trader Joe’s (I meant to get a picture, but monitoring 4 girls, each with their own cart is not easy task. But, we sure did have fun, I love shopping with my girls.). After that we spent the morning playing and reading in the park.
After nap time we spent Friday afternoon at the pool. This has been our favorite place to be all summer and I am going to be sad when it’s over.
The rule when going to the pool is that everyone must carry something. My babies take it to the next level; they love helping their mama.
I am not going to lie we spent a lot of our weekend snuggling Baby Maizy.
Sunday morning was family pictures day. My family of six gets professional pictures taken at least once a year, but we haven’t taken family pictures with my parents and siblings in over 10 years, so it was only fitting to do so now that Baby Maizy is here.
We had a perfect morning and a wonderful photographer. I can’t wait to see all of our pictures and I will be sure to share them with all of you.
Here is one I took of my girls. They were amazing little models. Have I told you lately that I really do love their ages, even though I miss my babies.
