Today’s Workout

So, today is another gym day for me. I am taking a kickboxing class, one of my favorites. This teacher really works us hard. It is a little bit plyometrics, kickboxing, and HIIT combined, so this class it intense.

So, of course I have an at home cardio workout you can do that is just as intense as the class I am going to take today. Hope you enjoy it.

Kickboxing at Home:

Pop Kicks: Total Body Cardio – 8 minutes (I use 1-3 pound weights)

Burn Fat Fast Tabata Workout – 4 minutes

Pop Kicks: So You Want Nice Legs – 8 minutes

Tabata Workout – Tone it up – 4 minutes

Food Baby HIIT Workout – 10 minutes

Pop Cardio Summer Sweatfest – 12 minutes

Pop Kicks: Total Body Cardio – 8 minutes

Pop Pilates – Stretching – 10 minutes

64 Minutes
