Good morning everyone. I wanted to fill you in on a new adventure I am going to be embarking on in December.

Courtney over at Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life set up a challenge with ChallengeLoop and I have decided to take part in it. Basically, the challenge is to do 2012 reps of pretty much any exercise move you choose.

I have chosen to do push-ups, jumping jacks, and squats. So, each day on top of my regular exercise routine I am going to do 30 jumping jacks, 20 squats, and 20 push-ups, this will make monthly total 2170. My plan is to do these moves right when I wake up before doing anything else.

Today’s Workout

I am so glad to be going back to the gym today. I am going to take my usually kickboxing class. I haven’t taken this class in two weeks, so I am sure it will be a tough one. If you would like to do some kickboxing at home I have a great workout for you.

    • Thank you for stopping by. I am pretty new to this, but it was not difficult to get started. You simply have to be willing to learn as you go, that is what I am doing.
