Happy Friday everyone. It’s bootcamp day! This is one of my most difficult workout days. I try to plan my workouts with the most difficult being on a day where the next day is either a rest or yoga/pilates. Typically, that is Friday.

Fat Burning Cardio Warmup – 5 minutes
Catch my Breath – 14 minutes
Tone it Up Arms – 8 minutes (I used 10 lb)
Sexy Booty Shape Up – 6 minutes
Lift and Tone Booty Routine – 12 minutes
Burn Fat Fast Tabata Workout – 4 minutes (I didn’t use a step I did these on the floor)
Pop Sculpt: Total Body – 12 minutes
