Today’s workout is some much needed cardio. I have done a good amount of weight training and my body is ready for some cardio. I am going to go take the kickboxing class at my gym. If you are working out at home today, I found this intense HIIT/Tabata workout. What I Ate Wednesday #2 – Protein Pancakes
Breakfast – 7:30 Today, I decided to wake up before the girls and get my workout done. After my workout I wanted a protein packed breakfast. So we had my oatmeal protein pancakes. These are a great alternative to regular pancakes. No, they don’t taste exactly the same as typical pancakes but they are still delicious. I topped mine with a little butter and maple syrup. Upper Body/Cardio Combo
So, today was one of my early morning workout days. I got up before the girls so I could do my workout. I had all these intentions of adding pictures to my post today, but my laptop has crashed. 🙁 So I am using Steve’s computer and I don’t have the same capabilities. I am sorry, but as soon as I either get mine up and running or a new one, I have complete intentions of adding pictures. 🙂 I also had a fun post planned for today, but it doesn’t look like it is going to happen. Lower Body/Cardio Combo
Good morning everyone. I can’t believe we are already back to Monday again. Weeks just seem to fly by. Can you believe next week is Thanksgiving already?
