I cannot believe I am saying this, but tomorrow is September 1st, how did this happen? Where as summer gone?
I want to encourage all of you to give me 5 minutes each day, actually you are giving YOURSELF these 5 minutes. I will be posting a 5 minute workout video on YouTube everyday for the next 30 days.
The entire month of September you will have a new video each day.

My goal is to help you create a new healthy habit, a habit of moving your body every day, knowing that if 5 minutes is all you have that’s okay, you are still choosing you. I know sometimes it’s easier to simply say if I don’t have 30+ minutes I am just not working out. Well I am here to tell you, do what you can, no matter the time you have, give yourself a few minutes. I also want you to see how simple it is to plan in time for yourself, to plan in your workouts.
Challenge Details:
- I will be posting a workout every day from September 1st to the 30th. At the end of the 30 days there will be a GIVEAWAY.
- Every time you complete a video (must do one each day, can do more) and post a comment you will be entered into the drawing.
- You can do the videos as much or as little as you would like, but you MUST at least do the ONE workout of the day, at least the 5 minute workout posted on that given day. The more videos you complete the better chance on winning.
- All you have to do is complete a video and comment. Easy enough.
My hope is that by the end of the 30 days you will have created a new healthier habit. I hope you decided to continue the journey of moving, exercising every day. I am so excited to be on this healthy adventure with all of you.
