Total Body Pilates Workout

Today my workout consists of many different short workouts from Blogilates. Cassey is so motivating, I love these workouts. You can do all of these workouts at one time, like I did this morning or if you are short on time you can split them up however you would like.

Each link takes you directly to the video, so just keep on clicking and before you know it your workout will be finished.

Today’s Workout:

Pop Cardio Carnage – 4 minutes (cardio warm up)

Inner Thighs and Runner Calves – 10 minutes

Inner Thigh Challenge – 4 minutes

Lolo Jones Legs n’ Lunges – 5 minutes

Saddlebag Shaver – 10 minutes (Fast forward through the beginning dance part)

Upper Body Workout – 10 minutes

Back Attack – 10 minutes (I used 3-5 pound weights)

VS Model Ab Workout – 10 minutes

Total: 63 minutes
