Lower Body/Cardio Combo

So, for today’s workout I have decided to do lower body strength training mixed in with some cardio bursts. That means tomorrow I am going to do upper body strength training with cardio bursts. I just felt like mixing things up a little.

Lower Body Strength/Cardio Combo

Beauty and a Booty Workout – Bodyrock.tv – 5 minutes

Pop Pilates: Bikini Booty Workout – 20 minutes

Sexy Booty Shape Up – Bodyrock.tv – 8 minutes

VS Supermodel Stiletto legs workout – 15 minutes (a new workout I’ll be trying it for the first time with you today)

Bikini Blaster 5: Muffintopless – 15 minutes
