So, for today’s workout I have decided to do lower body strength training mixed in with some cardio bursts. That means tomorrow I am going to do upper body strength training with cardio bursts. I just felt like mixing things up a little.

VS Supermodel Stiletto legs workout – 15 minutes (a new workout I’ll be trying it for the first time with you today)
