Strawberry Banana Smoothie


1. 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or Frozen Yogurt

2. 1/2 banana

3. 1/2 cup frozen strawberries or any combo of fruit

4. 1/8-1/4 cup orange juice or any other juice (you can omit and add extra water)

5. 1/2 cup water

6. A handful of spinach (optional)*


I put it all in my magic bullet in this order then blend it up. If  you are using a regular blender reverse the order. You want the frozen fruit closest to the blades.

*I read that blueberries are a great fruit to use in smoothies with spinach; they help to mask the flavor.
