Here we are one week into December and one week into our challenge. How have you been doing with moving throughout this week? Take a few minutes, check in and see if you need to add steps into your day. This gives you a chance to assess your lifestyle. Remember the challenge spans over the course of an entire week. So, you may have a day where you only take 6,000 steps and that’s okay. Simply make a point to move a little more the other days throughout the week. This challenge is about making us more aware of how much we are sitting and little we may be moving. Movement is what keeps our bodies functioning properly. It’s what keeps us young and vibrant. Remember to keep it fun.
I averaged 11,000 steps per day last week.
This month may be busy, but we need to always remember to put ourselves first. Taking care of yourself is the best thing you can do for you and your loved ones.
