Victoria’s Secret Angel Arm Workout – 15 minutes (I used 10 lb and 5 lb weights)
Butt, Thighs Bex Life – 4 minutes (I added 10 lb weights)
Crazy HIIT Cardio Workout Bex Life – 8 minutes
Bex Life Butt, Glutes Workout – 6 minutes (I added 10 lb weights)
Sleek and Sexy Arms – 10 minutes (try to do the push-ups on your toes)
Sexy Booty Shape Up – 7 minutes
66 Minutes
Don’t forget to stretch it out when you are all done. I hope you liked this combo. It is another tough one, but you will feel great when it is all done.
