What I Ate Wednesday # 53 – Simple

Happy Wednesday everyone. I am sorry I didn’t post yesterday, I was in quite a bit of pain after the surgery. I can’t believe I just had surgery two days ago and it has already come and gone.


Since, it is Wednesday, as always I am linking up with Jenn for What I Ate Wednesday.

Breakfast – 9:00

I started the day with a delicious poached egg on an English muffin. I didn’t get a picture, I wasn’t feeling well.

Breakfast # 2 – 11:00

Pumpkin Protein Pancakes – I have been loving these lately.

Lunch – 1:00

I had half a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Those protein pancakes really fill me up, so I wasn’t starving.

Snack – 3:00

A bowl of fruit, which Isabella ended up eating at least half paired with oatmeal.

Dinner – 5:00

We had salad with a Trader Joe’s thin crust pizza. It was tasty. I love thin crust pizzas.

After Dinner Snack – 6:00

Steve was out of town last night, so we had a girls night with Mimi. We rented a Barbie movie from Redbox and cuddled on the couch while eating popcorn. It was a wonderful night together. I love being with my girls.

    I make protein pancakes with yogurt and flaxseed…love! Hardly ever hungry for lunch either!

    • Those sound delicious too. I have flaxseed in my pantry and need to start adding it into more things. I think I will have to try it in my waffles and pancakes. Thanks. 🙂
