What I Ate Wednesday #7 – Stuffed Shells

We had a busy day yesterday, so my day of food was pretty simple.

Breakfast – 7:30 am

Greek Yogurt Waffle with a little butter and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Lunch – 12:00

I totally forgot to take a picture of my lunch today, but I had a small sweet potato (6-10 minutes in microwave, rotating halfway, 5-10 minutes in oven at 400 degrees) with a grilled cheese sandwich. I love this quick and easy meal.

Snack – 3:00 pm

Dinner – 6:00 pm

and Stuffed Shells with meat sauce (recipe coming soon).

This is one of our favorite meals and it is so easy to make. Even my girls love it, they devour it every time.

Snack – 7:30

Wasa cracker with peanut butter, for the first time EVER chocolate didn’t sound good. What is happening to me?!

    Pasta is always a win with my family too. Today I’m going to make them a homemade chicken lo mein recipe. Can’t wait to see the stuffed shells recipe. I might just have to try that out on them as well when I’m home from college!
