Since, last week was Thanksgiving I took two days off, instead of my typical one and it felt great, but I was definitely ready to get back into it on Saturday. I must say when I give my body rest days I workout harder and am more excited.

- Monday 11-23-15: Bodyrock HIITMax 16 Couplet Burpee Leg Sculpt, 3 Min Butt Shaper, 5 Min Beautiful Booty, Sexy Lean Legs HIITMax, Butt on Fire, The Bold and Bootiful, Quick Sweat Circuit
- Tuesday 11-24-15: Pumped Up Cardio, Back Attack, 3 Min Turbo Toned Arms, How to Grow Taller, Push Up Challenge (10-15 each), Bodyrock Day 10 Real Time Challenge
- Wednesday 11-25-15: Bodyrock Real Time Challenge Day 12, Glutes & Thighs Trimdown, Extreme Muffintop Crushing Workout, 8 Min Abs & Obliques, Muffintop Melting Moves
- Thursday 11-26-15: I took a much needed rest day on Thanksgiving.
- Friday 11-27-15: My second rest day and it felt great. I need to start thinking about incorporating more then one rest day into my weeks every now and then. The problem is I really love my workouts.
- Saturday 11-28-15: Bodyrock 21 Day Bootcamp 2, 3 Min Sleek & Slim Legs, Perfect Legs, I Really Like You Squat Challenge, Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge (I held a 10 lb. weight in each hand throughout the challenges)
- Sunday 11-29-15: Bodyrock HIITMax 36 Arms & Upper Body, Abs in a Flash, Quick Ab Workout, HIITMax 70 Arms & Abs, HIITMax 64, 5 Minute Ab Express, 3 Min Turbo Abs
