Tip Tuesday – Measuring Your Food

My number one trick to staying the course when it comes to counting your macros is measuring your food. I know some may say it’s too much of a pain, but too me it keeps me in check and I actually end up enjoying and eating MORE food. I have a tendency to under eat simply because I always feel as though I eat more then I do, but by measuring out what I am eating I make so to get enough of the good stuff all while balancing it with a few treats throughout the day.

Measuring my food gives me peace of mind and that is wonderful thing. This allows me to savior my treats without having to worry about how it will affect my health and fitness goals.

Remember if you healthy lifestyle is making you crazy then it’s not a healthy lifestyle. Healthy living is about so much more then they way you look. Take care of your body not because you hate it, but because you love it!!
