{Linking Up with Amanda – Thursday’s are for Thinking Out Loud}
- Oh my what a week we have had, between sick girls, trying to pack, and Steve being gone I’m not sure I have anything left in me. It’s a good thing us moms just keep going. Seriously, I have learned the best way to get through weeks like these are to not even think about it and just do it. That is how I have gotten through these last couple years. If I were to stop and think about everything I do with 4 little ones I wouldn’t do anything. 🙂
- While Steve was out of town we got 12+ inches of snow around here and I had to use our snowblower for the first time all by myself. Steve, of course, had to talk me through it over the phone and I did it!! It felt great. I then had to do it again the next day, the snow just didn’t stop coming. But, it is beautiful, I just wish my girls were healthy enough to actually enjoy it.
- Our girls are beyond excited to go to Disney and I love seeing the joy in their faces every time we talk about it. I can’t wait to see their little faces light up when we walk into Magic Kingdom, or see their favorite character or ride their favorite ride. I just can’t wait to experience everything there is to see with my four little girls.
- Today, I actually got a manicure and pedicure ALONE in what seems like forever. I seriously, can’t remember the last time that happened, it was pure bliss, but I did miss my girls, my partners in all things girly.
- Oh how I hate packing. I am the type of person that always feels as though I am forgetting something even when I have packed my entire house.
- Oh and I forgot my girls have no idea we are flying to Disney, they are going to be so excited!! Sophia keeps saying how she isn’t looking forward to the long car ride; little does she know she doesn’t have to. Ha!! So much to be thankful for, how could anyone be upset. This is truly the best life.
- While I am gone I am not sure I will be able to blog much, but I will be sharing photos though instagram @reneefitformotherhoo and Facebook, so be sure to like and follow my pages to enjoy some of our favorite moments with us.
- My girls have their second snow day tomorrow so I guess we will all be going to Target for some last minute goodies. Oh my!! Wish me luck. Ending on an odd, just wouldn’t do it for me. Yes, I’m crazy like that.
