Thinking Out Loud # 72

Thinking-Out-Loud (3)1. I have so much on my mind yet, so little wants to come out. I just don’t know how to express everything going on right now, but I will try.

2. At the end of the summer I always give my skin a much needed refresh with the Rodan + Fields REVERSE Regimen. It really is AMAZING, my skin always feel clean, renewed, and youthful.

If the sun has damaged your skin over the years, leaving brown spots and discoloration? Rodan + Fields REVERSE line can give you a clean palette!

It’s not just your face the shows the effects of environmental aging so don’t just stop at your face and neck when applying REVERSE! Look at the difference after 3 weeks!!!!

3. I have really been struggling lately with balance in my diet. My days are either 100% on or completely off. I am just not sure what I am trying to achieve these days. My weight has pretty much even out; I am not losing or gaining much of anything these days and maybe that’s ok. I am just not sure what I am looking for, maybe I need to be okay with staying where I am at. I mean I am healthy and fit, but for some reason I always want more when it comes to my body. I know I would ideally like to gain more muscle, especially in my legs and booty, but at the same time I am exhausted and this just may not be the right time. I think I really need to step back and be happy with where I am at after having 4 children in 4 years. We will see if I am ever able to just be okay with my fitness level, but I am working on it.

4. I am coming to the end of another round of 21 Day Fix Extreme. That means next week I am going to strictly do a combo of yoga and pilates (I am in need of an active rest week), then I will do another round of 21 DFX before going to the Fall Fitness Retreat (I am beyond EXCITED).

5.  Life is crazy, yet it really is getting easier, well as easy as it gets with 4 little ones. I guess it’s all relative. But really, life is starting to come together and it’s a beautiful thing.

6. You can tell McKenzie and McKayla are the youngest in a big family because man are they good at running errands, going to activities, going to the bus stop and to school. Seriously, they just love going places. They just love to get their shoes on and go. My girls are good little travelers and it definitely makes life easier, since they don’t really have a choice. And the best part is when we are out they stay right by my side; sometimes a little too close. 🙂

7. Last, Friday was picture day. Sophia was missing her two front teeth and she couldn’t have been any cuter; the perfect 1st grade pictures.

think - picture day sophia 1st grade
