Hello, Hello Everyone
This has been quite the day. My parents left for Italy yesterday and Steve is out of town for the night. So, I have been completely alone all day and let me tell you that is no easy task. I am absolutely exhausted. Actually, exhausted doesn’t even describe how I feel right now. I feel as though I have been hit by a bus. Haha!! But it’s the truth.
Since, it’s Monday I am joining Katie for Marvelous in My Monday.
Marvelous is…
making it through today and doing it quite well I might add. Yes, we had a great day. There were of course some tough times, but all in all it was a good day. I will tell you one of the hardest parts to the day is bedtime followed by afternoon nap time. Bedtime is just so tasking with four little ones.
Marvelous is…
walking out from putting McKenzie and McKayla to sleep and seeing my big girls in the jammies upstairs waiting for me. Seriously?? They are amazing. They brushed their teeth, we read, and they went to bed. They made my night so much easier. My girls are the best. I am so blessed to have such good little girls.
Marvelous is…
finally sitting down for the day. It feels so good. I do have a ton to do before we can leave on our trip, but I need to rest for a few minutes. Actually, everything might have to wait for tomorrow.
Marvelous is…
hearing Sophia and Isabella say how much they miss Mimi and Papa. It really is so sweet. I love that they miss them as much as I do. I love the relationship they have with them. I know Mimi and Papa would do anything for them.
Marvelous is…
getting to see our family on Thursday. I can’t wait to see everyone. It has been TWO years; way too long.
I am working on writing my first year with twins post, McKenzie and Mckayla’s one year old letters, and a post about weaning. Yes, I have a lot going on at once. Hopefully, I will get those out this week, but no promises. With our trip coming in a few days I am not sure I will get all that done. But we will see.
Have a wonderful week. I will talk to all of you tomorrow.
