Good evening everyone. Wow, what a weekend we had. We started Steve’s weeklong celebration. We enjoyed lots of fun family time. Steve had a great weekend and I can’t wait for the week to come. Since it is Monday I am going to join many other bloggers in Marvelous in My Monday. Thank you Katie for hosting.
Marvelous is…
after having a weekend of too many treats, due to Steve’s birthday I felt revived and ready to get back to my healthy eating. Today was a great day in the clean eating department and I love that feeling. As I was leaving to go pick up Sophia from school I knew I would need a snack to I cut up some fruit quickly and took my bowl of strawberries, grapes, bananas, and apples with me. Being busy is no excuse for not eating healthy, you simply have to plan for it.
Marvelous is…
our four beautiful girls. They enjoyed celebrating Daddy’s birthday with him. Sophia wants to know why he gets so many parties. 🙂
Marvelous is…
watching my girls have so much fun playing with a box. The decorated their “boat” with my pink yoga mat. I love watching Sophia and Isabella play together; it is so sweet.
Marvelous is…
sitting back and realizing our girls are growing up so nicely and it is all because of the hard work Steve and I have put in. Okay a little more me, but I will give him some credit. 🙂
Marvelous is…
counting down the moment until Steve and I get to enjoy a date night. I am so excited to spend a couple hours with my hubby on his birthday.
Marvelous is…
the fact that my parents love being with our four girls. They are taking on the challenge of bedtime while Steve and I enjoy our dinner together. We appreciate them more then they know. Trust me this is no easy task.
Marvelous is…
going to Starbucks and Sam’s club all by myself. After dropping Sophia off at school I decided to head out for a little bit. I seriously went up and down every isle. Grocery shopping is seriously like a vacation. I know any mom of little kids know exactly what I am talking about.
Not so marvelous is…
I started coming down with mastitis for the umpteenth time. But I so far have been able to stop it from progressing. This is one thing I will not miss once I am done breastfeeding. But I am going to miss my breastfeeding. Once I am done breastfeeding McKenzie and McKayla I will never nurse again. Oh my, that is so sad.
