I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I am sorry I didn’t check in at all, but we were truly enjoyed our time together. Christmas is truly something special. Christmas is a time for love and family and to me that is perfect!!
Wow, I still can’t believe Christmas has come and gone. It is a little bittersweet. Seeing the joy on our girls’ faces was more then I could have ever asked for; all my wishes came true. The Christmas aftermath is sure a lot of fun. We are loving all our new toys, crafts, and more. To be honest with you all this crafting is a little overwhelming, but my girls are sure loving every minute of it and that makes me happy.
Is today really Tuesday? It sure doesn’t feel like it. Right now everyday feels like the weekend.
Yesterday I dropped my girls off at Mimi and Papa’s house so Steve and I can have a much needed night out. We did some returns and took advantage of all the post holiday sales and of course enjoyed a nice boring quiet dinner just the two of us. Our girls were so excited to be able to sleep over at Mimi and Papa’s. Everyone is happy, life is good.
Christmas time is full of surprises and this year was just that. My hubby surprised me with a MacBook Pro. Seriously? I told him it was too much take it back. 🙂 I am extremely excited, but nervous. I know so many people love their MacBooks, but I have a lot to learn (They are quite different then my current laptop.). If you have any advice to help with my learning curve I would love to hear it.
I’m sorry this post lacked in pictures, but we are still trying to figure out if I should go back to using Picasa for editing, watermarking, etc. or if there is something better. We are really looking into the lightroom. We will see. One of my goals for 2016 is to upgrade this blog and my new computer is a great jumpstart.
In the next couple of days I will post the details from all our Christmas fun!! I can’t wait to share all the beautiful pictures, some of our favorite gifts, and so much more.
