Good evening everyone I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. We are quite busy over here. Getting six people ready to leave for Florida is a lot of work. I think I have the girls all packed, but I have to finish me. It is much more difficult to pack me. While I was packing I realized I have not worn summer clothes since before I got pregnant with McKenzie and McKayla. So, I have been trying on a ton of different options and that takes forever.
Throughout all this crazy packing we have had a few moments to enjoy the getting ready process.
Last night, my sister, mom and I got spray tanned; which is the best. I forgot how much I love to have sun kissed skin. I could really get used to this look. If I had the time and money I would go all the time. 🙂
This afternoon Sophia, Isabella, my mom, and sister got manicures and pedicures. It was so much fun. I am so glad my girls are at an age where they love to get their nails done. I love our girl time. 🙂 The salon my mom goes to has these adorable pedicure chairs just for young girls and they are perfect for them.
Of course, Sophia was being very shy, but she loves getting manicures and pedicures. Both girls were studying what the nail techs were doing and actually came home and played nail salon. They were so cute and had so much fun.
On the way home from the nail salon Sophia said, “I am just so excited I can’t take it”. I can’t wait to see their sweet little faces when we get there. Their happiness truly makes my heart melt. Their happiness makes me happy!!
As most of you know we leave on Monday for Disney, so I am going to be taking the week off from blogging. I will definitely miss it, but I can’t wait to have family time and that is what is important. I am so ready to have an entire week dedicated to having fun with the girls. I will post a few pictures/status updates through the week on my Facebook page so if you haven’t liked it yet, please do so. I can’t wait to tell you all about it when we get back. And boy will I have so many tips and tricks for going to Disney with little ones. Forget Disney I will have a ton of tips for traveling with little ones in general. Anyway, have a wonderful week I will talk to you soon!!
