This afternoon I completed 30 jumping jacks, 20 push-ups, 20 narrow squats, 20 regular squats for a 16 day total of 1330. My husband and I are truly saddened by the horrific tragedy that took place yesterday. We continue to feel for the families of the children and adults whose lives were taken. We can not imagine what they must be going through. We are definitely holding our children tighter today. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected. We will also be praying for the state of the world, in hopes that somehow people will find away to change this horrific path of destruction we are on.
