Meal # 1 – 7:30 Ever since I made a couple improvements to my Oatmeal Protein Pancakes I have been loving them. We enjoyed a batch of pancakes. I ate four, they were delicious and they’re good for you. (30 grams of protein) Meal # 2 – 9:30 Monday, I made a batch of Greek Yogurt Waffles and still had enough batter left to make one waffle.
