This past week was my last week of Pop Pilates, Bodyrock, etc. before beginning The Master’s Hammer and Chisel for the next 60 days (actually 48 because that’s about when we leave for Disney and I am NOT taking these DVDs with me). - Tell me about your workouts.
I’m curious about how you plan your workouts – do you pick the videos a week ahead? The night before? And what makes you decide which videos to use? Thanks!
I usually pick the videos the night before, I try to work different body parts each day mixed with some cardio. I hope that helps. 🙂
