- Thursday 9-24-15: Lower Body Fix Extreme
- Friday 9-25-15: Cardio Fix Extreme
- Saturday 9-26-15: 30
- Sunday 9-27-15: Rest – I was too tired to do Yoga Fix Extreme, so I listened to my body and had a rest.
This was my second week of another round of 21 Day Fix Extreme and I am still loving it.
Favorite Meals from Last Week:
Baked Chicken Nuggets are still going strong in our house. Seriously, I can whip this together in less then 10 minutes with a cook time of 15 min. It’s a win-win.
Egg whites and sweet potatoes have become my new favorite breakfast and yesterday I add in a few slices of center cut bacon.
And my 21 Day Fix Nachos. Delicious. I promise the recipe is coming.
Salsa chicken on my salads is the best. I love that it requires me to skip the dressing altogether. Yum!!
I am always eating mini meatloaf muffins on countdown to competition days; it’s a great way to get lots of protein without getting bored.
