I know I have been promising you this recipe for a few weeks now, but it just wasn’t perfect yet. Well, until now. I am in love with this crepe recipe and it is flour free, wheat free, etc. There are only 3 ingredients (maybe 4 if you count a pinch of salt) and it’s so EASY!!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. agave syrup
a pinch of salt
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender, magic bullet, etc.
- Turn it on and viola, you are ready to cook.
- Spray your pan with a cooking spray (I use an avocado oil spray).
- Heat up your pan over medium heat. (you can use any size you would like, this will determine the size of your crepe)
- Wait about 60-90 seconds before flipping, if your crepe doesn’t flip easily it’s not ready.
- Top with your favorite topping and ENJOY!!
