I know I have been quite absent from the blog lately, but life has just gotten in the way. I can’t believe how busy things have been, actually I can. Between the end of the school year and four birthdays, life is busy this time of year.
We had our first family swim of the year memorial day weekend and it was perfect. This year is going to be the easiest year yet; when it comes to the pool.
June is always crazy for us not only with birthdays, but end of year activities. Sophia and Isabella had a blast at field. I love seeing their happy faces.
While Sophia and Isabella were finishing up their last few days of school McKayla, McKenzie and I were running the last of our errands just the three of us. Errands would look quite a bit different once school was out.
I have truly enjoyed this year. I have loved my time with these two silly girls. I can’t believe how much life is going to change next year. I am truly not ready of them to start preschool in the fall. I am really going to miss our days together. I will be one sad Mama. My babies our growing up and I am not happy about it.
Our Isabella turned 6 mid June. I am still in shock that she was born 6 years ago. I just can’t fathom where these years have gone. Isabella has truly made me a better person. She shows me each and everyday what living is all about. It’s about being happy, loving life and going with the flow. Isabella lives her life in her own world and I love it. She is able to let things go easily, she doesn’t’ hold grudges and chooses happiness almost 100% of the time. She is an amazing little girl and I am beyond blessed to be her mom.
Sophia and Isabella had their last day of kindergarten and 2nd grade; it was so bittersweet. I can’t believe how grown up our girls are become, yet still so young.
Thank you for all the kind and caring messages. I have received countless messages about how my family and I were doing (since I have been so absent). I am truly touched to know how much all of you care about my family and me. Thank you.
I still have so much more to share with you, but it will have to wait for another day. I promise I will post again soon. We are quickly settling into our new routine, so I will be able blog more regularly once again. Thank you for being so understanding.
